- 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- lemon juice to taste
